Scot JCB Group brought us in to help bring clarity to a business that had grown through acquisition. Over time, the group had accumulated multiple brands across agriculture, construction and industrial services, each with its own history but no shared structure or visual logic.
Working closely with the leadership team, we developed a master brand system that introduced a clear group identity while allowing each division to retain its own character. This included creating a new parent brand for Scot JCB Group, unifying the agricultural arm under a new Scot Agri identity, and refreshing the supporting brands across small plant and industrial air.
Since launch, our role has evolved into a long-term creative partnership. We’ve delivered campaigns across the business, from recruitment and apprenticeships through to winter servicing and sales activity, alongside photography, brochures, internal comms and reusable content systems.
Most recently, we developed an apprenticeship recruitment campaign that began as a Christmas countdown idea. By reframing the concept into a set of evergreen assets, we created a series of photorealistic CGI environments that placed the brand into workshops, warehouses, service vans and muddy fields. The result was a distinctive campaign designed to work well beyond a single moment.
Across six years of collaboration, the focus has been consistency, credibility and work that earns its place over time.
